The post purchase customer satisfaction is the best experience I have had. For service or any concern I make a text message to Melissa she handles my needs/concerns gets me a loaner , We coordinate pick up/drop off dates, and done. Simple as that. Let me tell you the the “little “things they do are special I have had my Stelvio in for periodic service , and have had the privilege to get the Maserati Ghibli as the loaner! Not saying they can or will be able to that for everyone but it sure was nice. And their detail person always gets my car back to me like it is a new purchase. Go ahead try them!

Love the new car! Ken Pollock had exactly what we wanted and we got more that a fair price. Fred was very friendly and easy to work with. The facility was very clean and the overall experience was positive.
