The staff was nice and friendly but communication wasn't the best. I wasn't shown or made aware of the car fax on the vehicle, which involved anaccident, I purchased until after deal was finalized. I had my vehicle shipped to me and didn't receive it until 2 ½ almost 3 weeks after.
