Jim and Ken did a fantastic job. They were patient and answered all my questions. They made me feel like the entire dealership was open to me. They introduced me to the service manager. The car is incredible, better than my BMW X5.

Purchased a new 2019 Levante from Jim Butler Maserati. Dealer told me they would match Bank Of American’s rate with 2.99 percent from a local bank. Realized when I received paperwork the rate was 3.49. Was also told first 3 month payments were being waived, not true either. None of these were large issues as we normally pay our cars off in the first year so I ignored them as I was excited to get the vehicle.
The big issue is the vehicle started having trouble 3 days into owning it. It would lose power in the mornings, within the first 60 seconds of driving it. The power lose was so quick and severe it would cause us to fly forward in our seats. We have a 10 month old, this is not a safe worry to have with a new vehicle and a new baby. Then the check engine light came on. We were told to take the car to the local Maserati service center. We did, the first day it was there the original dealer’s manager Jim tried to tell us this: “I have become aware of your vehicle having an “Evap” situation. MOST Commonly caused by putting gas in the vehicle while running or the gas cap being left loose.” A desperate hope on their end as neither of those things were true. The service center told us the “evap value” was replaced and that could have caused the issue. I drove the vehicle home and got up the next morning to test it after sitting all night, same jerking motion and to top it off the check engine light came back on and now the vehicle idles rough. I’ve asked the dealer to allow the Levante to be returned for full purchase price.

Heath Goodrich is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to find the Levante I was looking for and had it ready for pickup much quicker than I thought possible. I highly recommend Heath and Jim Butler Maserati.
