I wanted to share with you my thoughts on the Golling Alfa Romeo Experience because I have had experience with other dealers as you know. Unfortunately, completely satisfied does not compare to what I experienced with you. Utterly satisfied, Exceptionally satisfied, Totally Blown Away satisfied are more the theme of how I feel. You listened to me and that was the most important part. You guided me in the right direction and didn’t take advantage of your customer. Constant communication during the purchase process was key. Honest and open conversation about the direction I should be going in regards to lease vs finance was greatly appreciated. Tim: You have a way of really making a person feel welcome. You have an ease and smoothness about you and I appreciate that. Really, a true gentleman. I will be singing your praises to everyone I meet. The Golling family should be proud and greatfull for having such wonderfully efficient, spectacular employees. It was the smoothest car buying experience that I have ever had.
