Extremely disappointed with the service at Fiat
Extremely disappointed with the service at Fiat Naperville… My Fiat’s trunk opener was fixed last year, but failed again in April. I was told the part was under warranty and would be ordered. It’s now been over six months without a working trunk, and four months of waiting with no clear ETA. Despite multiple follow-ups—including two messages—I’ve received no response. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable.

I bought my 2020 Giulia in December of 2022 with
I bought my 2020 Giulia in December of 2022 with approximately 9K miles on it. Within the first month, the car died in my garage overnight. I use it as a daily driver. The Service Department refused to admit there was an issue. Bart the Service Manager and Angie tried gaslighting me into believing it was just a setting with the radio shutting off after 20 seconds. There are over 500 posts in the Giulia forums identifying this issue. The infotainment knob and volume knob LED lights don't turn off and there's a persistent humming noise coming from the engine. I had to call roadside assistance nearly 12 times over 18 months to to have my car jumped in my garage. Every time I took it into the Service Department they refused to properly diagnose the issue and never bothered to ask for a master technician from Alfa Romeo's corporate office to help. Bart eventually refused service on my car, because I gave his Service Department a bad review. Bart needs to be terminated from his job. He's unprofessional and uncaring when it comes to actually solving his customer's issues. He only cares about his reviews and his ego. !!! WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALFA ROMEO OF NAPERVILLE.
