I should have listened to the 1-star reviews. First and last time shopping here, and didn’t even get a vehicle. I put a deposit down on a truck at the Coeur d’Alene location with Greg and now Kellogg is selling it out from under me. I spoke with Bruce at Kellogg and he says there’s no record of another buyer besides me and my deposit, however Greg confirmed the truck is already in finance with another buyer. Hopefully my deposit comes back as easy as they took it. I was very hesitant to shop with Dave Smith after some very concerning reviews on the Cars.com app and as it turns out their customer service is just as poor as those reviewers described.
