Went to the Daytona location for an oil change.
Went to the Daytona location for an oil change. I usually go to the Brandon or st Pete location and pay $169 at these locations. Daytona charged $333 for the oil change. This included a 10% discount due to me asking why it was so expensive compared to other locations. When I asked the service manager for some kind of explanation for the $200 increase, she shared that there was nothing she could do about it. I also had an auto start/stop malfunction light that came on the morning of my appt. I asked them to check it out. I was informed that there would be an additional diagnostic fee for that. Every other Alfa service I’ve had done didn’t charge for diagnostic if a service was performed. Overall really disappointed in Alfa of Daytona. I would drive hours to a different before spending triple for an oil change.

First called to confirm that parts were available to repair recall. Next made appointment for recall and service. Service was performed and recall repair was completed. No drama.
