BUYER BEWARE Dream Car turns into a NIGHTMARE I was thrilled, I found my dream car, was treated up front like a queen and within 48 hours had it purchased financed and delivered to my home in Mass. But, I was never given a bill of sale and was told my plates were being transferred. My insurance company and RMV said it takes 48 hours once the paperwork is dropped off. For the next 21 days, ( NOW 25 DAYS) I kept waiting for plates to be transferred and kept getting the same response Covid has the rmv backed up. Meanwhile two friends bought cars out of state and NO problems, they got plates within 48 hours. I called insurance company and made an appointment with the RMV and they said, NO that although dealers could not make an appt, they in fact created drop boxes to make it EVEN EASIER and even if my personal paperwork wasn't in hand, if it was filed, it is in the SYSTEM. Mine is not in the system, because the Dealer hired a third party and NO ONE knows where my paperwork or registration is. I have left messages every few days and except for the poor sales guy ( WHO GETS 5 Stars, ) not one person has returned a single call in 3 weeks. So my dream car sits in my garage, with no Bill of sale, no registration, undriveable.I have paid a month of unnecessary insurance , spent countless hours trying to contact people... kindly I May add, I just want a solution, and yet I cannot legally drive my dream car. I am so dishearten by their unprofessional follow up. Once they had the sale, I have been ignored... I dont treat people that way, and its Not how I want to be treated... Think twice before you buy .

As a business woman, Customer Service is highly important. One good customer service experience can change the entire perception a customer hold and that is RAY DAVIS and TODD, the owner of the dealership.
¿RAY DAVIS, our Sales Associate at TODD MASERATI ALFA ROMEO is AWESOME! With all the dealerships that we had ever been and all the years that we purchased or leased a car, RAY is the only sales associate that exceeds our expectation and showed us TOTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ray personally delivered our all weather mats on his personal time!
TODD, is a such a down to earth person and he made sure that we were happy!

This Dealer is not to be trusted.
Selling a Maserati GT BASE claiming it to be a GT MC Centennial.
Considering they are a Maserati dealership they should know the difference, I am a buyer and I knew from 100 ft away they were traying to sell some base model as a higher end model.
This is NOT a GT MC much less a Centennial edition.
Shady tactics and lies about the model to get customers , do not deserve anyone's business.
