This was the worst experience with Crown Acura, they were very professional on all my prior visits, this time I had a transition from one persons to another (which did not happen) as I had to leave my vehicle overnight. I never got a follow up call the next day, I had to make multiple calls right throughout the day to get a response. Finally I had to go there and force myself to get a response to pick up my vehicle. This is frustrating!
