The service department here is shade tree shady!
The service department here is shade tree shady! The sales lady I dealt with was also unprofessional, so I ended up buying a brand new 2025 MDX type-S from Memphis TN and had it shipped to mybhouse because this place was so bad. Now, after going here for service & recalls, I’m selling my wife’s car because of the experience at Gunn Acura. Let me say, I was treated different than the white customers! Meanwhile I have the most expensive car on the lot, and they treated me like I was 2nd class! So raised this to the attention Acura, and the General Mgr who both apologized to me, but I caution you on this place. Don’t do it. Acura is struggling with sales and I know why now.
