First, the person who responds to this site is just a scheduler. She is not a sales person. I found a car I wanted to test drive and told the online contact that I was going last Friday. When I got to the dealership the sales rep had no idea what I was there to test, and when they looked up the car I was there for, he told me it was sold. I wasn't contacted and was not happy I went all the way to the dealership for nothing. I had a check in my pocket, and a car to trade if the details all worked out. I email my online contact and said I would not be back. She apologized and said someone would find something equivalent and contact me. A week later and I've not heard from anyone. What a poor sales process. I can only imagine how many sales this inept sales process loses. I will wait for another dealer closer to me to find options for me to update my car

BEWARE - NO TRANSPARENCY ON PRICING! They may list a car for $55,000, but there are $5000 in add on / mandatory fees / line items that pertain. We were ready and able to purchase today, but there was no clear communication on the actual price of the car. This dealership gives you the run around, cannot read the room or even considers what the goal of the consumer is. They seem to stick to the script they are given and that is it; pay all these additional line items or see ya later. The vehicle was certified so the additional memberships and fees they tack on were redundant and quite frankly just a means to gouge the customer. We have never experienced this kind of transaction before when we are willing and able buyers but they would not honor the price that is listed! If we were not willing to pay the additional fees, there is no deal. Totally bizarre! If that is the case, then adjust the price to really be $60,000 for the car and be transparent. I would and will be shopping elsewhere!

Buyer beware. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty-based inspection. It turned out the warranty didn't apply to my vehicle, but they couldn't determine this until they had the car at the dealership. Not only was it a wasted trip, but as I was pulling away, system errors appeared on my dashboard. After re-inspecting the car, they attributed the errors to "bad gas," turning what should have been a no-cost trip into a $500+ repair.
