The service advisor Z is rude and unprofessional while A was trying to sell some service absolutely unnecessary.....I would not recommend anyone to this dealer....

I had been in contact with Shane or Jay not sure his name for about a week before we traveled to purchase our vehicle once we got there he didn't even attend us he put a rookie in my opinion. The rookie did even walk with is to the vehicle to show it to us or show us the features he didn't explain the buyimg process or the options we had. Once with finance the guy did give us options or even tell us who had given us the loan which company or anything when i tried asking questions I felt I was blown off. They just made me sign sign sign. I don't even know what apr I have on the loan. I had also qualified for no pay for 6 months per the shane when we were messaging before hand but once there the finance guy said he didn't know anything. It was a Saturday i had traveled for 8 hours i was tired at the end of the day i didn't want to argue and get out of there not empty handed so I just went along. Please ask all the wrote questions i don't regret my car but i do regret not asking wrote questions or negotiating. Also car was dirty when we got there they sent it again to get clean before we left but again it was still dirty taking the car to get detailed since it still has sticky residue on leather seat cracks.

Blake McCafferty provided the definition of exemplary service. He was extremely prompt, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process of identifying and negotiating a final deal for a car I've been waiting to purchase for over a year. I would highly recommend Hiley Acura, and especially Blake, when purchasing a new Acura. If you are even remotely close to the MetroPlex area and are interested in an Acura, do yourself a favor, and reach out to Blake!
