My service advisor did a good job of keeping me
My service advisor did a good job of keeping me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle. I like the fact that the technician came and picked up my vehicle and dropped it off. I was still concerned about whether the vehicle was drivable or not before they picked it up, that was not explained to me, Overall, I thought they did a good job.
