Unless you are looking for a place to get ripped off, I would not recommend this dealership for a used vehicle - specifically not for a 2020 Ford F-350 Lariat VIN 1FT8W3BT1LEE13241. We had spent a few days trying to work out a deal, to include a trade of our 2024 F-250 and while the numbers were not ideal, they said they could give us a better deal in-person. We drove a little over an hour only to find the truck was GROSSLY misrepresented. Looking under the bed, it was obvious the truck had been spray painted on the frame. Looking at the front end, the paint overspray on the brake lines was evident and there was still tape on the lines, as well as overspray on the bump stops and the coil springs had paint flaking off, showing rust. Add to this, the truck body paint job had mars and scratches ALL OVER the side, as if the truck had been off-road a considerable amount. I saw all I needed to see to realize there was a obvious and concerted effort to deceive and told the sales person we were done. He insisted the truck had an undercoating and even tried to show me a printed carfax, showing no accidents. I was insulted, as anyone who has purchased as many used cars as I have (25+ in 15 years) knows that a carfax is only as good as the information that is reported. This dealership at first appeared to be transparent, showing a "repair bill" for work done to get the truck refreshed and ready for sale, but it was painfully apparent they were hopeful to offload this suspect truck to an uninformed buyer. However, Nicole at the front desk is absolutely awesome, so there's that! Trust, but verify folks... and definitely don't buy anything from Johnson City Acura.

I called about a car that was advertised on their website for $59,845. I spoke to a salesperson who stated that the car was actually $20,000 over sticker price. Buyer beware. Please note, the salesperson was only quoting a price, it was not his fault.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option, as a mom to a disabled baby I needed a dependable car so I bought one from here and never received the title I paid for and they have done nothing to help me and won’t return my calls. The way I see it is they are covering up because someone did not do their job. This place is running a circus of selling lemons and their customer service sucks. I felt like a piece of trash by the way they have treated me in my buying experience. I plan to use my word of mouth to let all my friends and family know how well they treat their customers.
