Charging for service never completed. Watch out!

If you feel the need to take your car here make sure you inspect every bit of work done. Twice now we've taken my wife's 2019 RDX in and they've charged us for work they never actually did. When confronted they told us "the tech didn't think it was needed". Why charge then? Further, since this has now happened twice it's very clear they are just padding bills and assuming customers are too stupid to check.
They've also "forgotten" to apply promotional pricing that they've up-sold on.
These people are old school rip off artists. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
We sent in a complaint and never even got a response.

Very bad customer service after sale. I did buy used car for my son with 3 months warranty, and when I did send it to BMW dealer to check it up they told me it is unsafe to use and they give me an estimate to fix it by $4000 .
I returned back to Acura and told them about that they told me bring the car here and send it to the auto repair shop that they know.
I did that and the car stayed in this shop 2 months and I was going back and force between the dealer and the car shop with no answer why my car stayed that long
The sales manager in Acura has no experience with the customer service and keep saying to me I didn't sell this car to you .
When the car is done after 2 months and it costs $1400 and I show the manager the statement he said to me I gonna give you just $1000 because the warranty won't pay more than that and he said to me that he gonna try with them to give you more than that. Finally after a week back and force with him he gave me a check by $922,54 and the name and the address on the check is completely wrong .
And I asked him Why? He said it is not my problem it's the warranty.
It is the worst dealer and manager I have ever seen

Salesman, Bob, was very thorough - pleasant, willing to answer any questions and spend as much time with us as needed.
