We had a great experience here. John was a great salesman and very down to earth. We test drove three cars and asked LOTS of questions. He made the whole experience very pleasant.

We had to return our LEXUS SUV, our lease was up. I always had a Lexus, four to be exact over the years. A close friend of ours has an Acura RDX. His wife has the MDX as my husband does. I looked at his car and fell in love with it. I never thought I would switch from LEXUS to Acura. I had to think carefully about this move since I was so used to my Lexus. Our friend told us that he went to another dealer at first to look at his RDX. He felt very pressured there and ended up coming to Sussman Acura. This is where he purchased his car. I returned my LEXUS. I saw the new LEXUS, but they changed the style completely from the cars I had purchased before. I was so used to that style. I said to my husband, let's turn in the car and run over to the Jeep dealer, or Audi because my kids have both cars. On our way out, we passed the ACURA dealer. He said " let''s stop in" I was hesitant but figured okay. Now after all of the above, I shall tell you of the most amazing experience we have ever had purchasing a car. We walked in and noone pounced on us like most dealers. We walked in expecting to be pressured and pounced on. We actually were able to look at the cars! This lovely young woman came over and said" may I help you" We told her our friend has the RDX. BTW the showroom is out of a magazine, pristine! GORGEOUS She took us over to show us an RDX, I again was hesitant because I like being higher up in a car and was hoping this one met my needs. She said" would you like to test drive" I said sure. Well I got into the car, set the seat to my level and was so happy. The car drives like a dream !! I loved it. It has all of the bells and Whistles that we loved! My hub said" make sure you love it" or we can go to other dealers. I said i love it. Mandy the lovely young woman got the manager Jeff. He came over to sit with us. He didn't even start out talking about the car, he got to know us first. We were so happy. I cannot stand when the person selling the car says" let me get with my manager" and they keep going back and forth. My husband walked out of a dealer years ago because this is what they did. We told Jeff we loved the car. We purchased the car in less than a hour and Jeff met all of our needs. Mandy knew her stuff. She went over all the the extras, and had us pick out colors from a book. The book was even gorgeous! Mandy was the sweetest person, she never made us feel pressured. She asked us if we didn't mind telling her what our last car was. Her convo was so at ease. When we were finished with the deal, Jeff gave us girl scout cookies! We ordered the car.....it came in and Mandy went over all of the features of the car. We had a great time talking and had to remember " oh we need to go over the features" She got to know me very well. So in closing, if you want an excellent experience and a well made SUV, go to this dealer. You will not be sorry. I LOVE MY RDX
