Derrick in the service department was nothing but incredible to work with. He was professional, thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Although Ron Tonkin Acura is going through a remodel they have their processes down to where things are still very smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended this store if you’re looking for good customer service and quality work.

Derrick, your personal service was the best. A 10 in my book. At Acura, for which I have been a customer for 20 some years, it was always the little things that counted and made the value stay so high. I was caught by surprise this week when without notice, I received a first time charge for changing out my mounted snow tires. Then when I got home and unloaded the tires I found the simple plastic wrapping to be torn and extremely dirty. It was just the change in the little things that made me wonder if my customer support was beginning to weaken. My wife purchased a BMW last year and we’ve both been super happy with that purchase.

Just purchased a car yesterday at Ron Tonkin Acura. The process was incredibly smooth and easy! I felt like I was taken care of the whole way though. Becki was the absolute best and made sure I was 100% happy and comfortable with my purchase and the details, she explained every step of the way!
