I drove 2 hours each way to test drive a used BMW. while checking the car out, I popped the hood and instantly heard the noise of a bad value. A... click.....click....click noise. I expressed my concern about the noise but the sales person wouldn't acknowledge that there was even a noise. This was escalated to the sales manager and he actually said "perhaps this is how the car should sound. you can't be sure that there is a problem with the car since there are no error codes or other notifications of a problem." Very disappointing. I drove home feeling like I wasted my entire afternoon. I will not return to this dealership.

You have a great Service Department. They work as a team. Making you feel like you are their top priority and keeping you informed. Very polite and explained what they did. I've only met Raymond a few times and I feel like he could be a part of my family. Nate is also very good.
