I purchased my dream car a year and a half ago and Grubbs service department has me considering getting something other than an Acura so I won’t have go back.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT GRUBBS ACURA.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT GRUBBS ACURA. Their goal is to cheat you out of the deal you agreed to. Cheat you out of thousands. You’ll agree to a deal. And moments later they’ll try to get you to sign the final deal page quickly while distracting you so you don’t notice everything you JUST agreed to was removed. Car price is higher. Trade in is lower! And they will not correct if you signed before noticing. This exact scenario happened to me! And I see many reviews of others getting the same treatment. My sales guy was Huston Janak. But others on the sales team have been mentioned doing the same thing.
