This dealership is very dishonest and deceitful. I called this dealership looking for a price on a vehicle. We agreed on a price and it was even the best price offered. I drove almost an hour to go to the dealership to drive the car and finalize the deal. I even sat down with the sales manager, Ross and arranged to get the car. The next day, the sales person called me to get my application for credit and then called later to tell me that the manager, Ross, cancelled the deal. Apparently, they wanted more more!!! I called the sales manager who explained to me that he was upset because I had called another dealership and asked them if they could beat his price, however, I called him and made a deal based on the price another dealer gave me and he had no problem when it was reversed.
Either way the dealership wasted days of my time and in the end made false deals and promises they never intended to keep. Beware if you shop this dealership. They are honest in their dealings or offerings.

Best, easiest, most efficient buying (leasing) I ever had. Been leasing cars for about 20 years and this was hands down the best!! There was no haggling for days, in fact I did not even go there to shop, only to pick it up. Everyone was nice, everyone was professional.

I stopped by Mitsubishi Boardman to look for a new car and I am happy I did. Right when I arrived, I was greeted and taken care of with amazing customer service. The Outlander Sport is such a great quality SUV and the staff made it possible to get the car I really wanted. They are all about customer service. Shane was the salesman that I had and he is beyond awesome. He literally went above and beyond and even went as far as wanting to detail my car himself for me before I left. I have dealt with other salesmen before and Shane is by far the nicest and most educated I have experienced. If you visit the store, ask for Shane and I promise you will be in great hands.They not only made me happy through the purchase but they made it comfortable with my payments. Thank you for being so great!
