Timely response to bottom line, out the door price pricing on a vehicle we were shopping. While they responded as requested, the pricing at another dealer was quite a bit better and got the sale.

They sold our desired car out from under us.
They sold our desired car out from under us. Then offered to give us a different new one which suffered power steering and brake failure on the highway at 60mph on the 4th day we owned it. It then spent nearly 3 weeks in repair, being torn apart and reassembled. Now we get to pay for a new car which is actually worse off than a used car. Sucks to have a car that I haven’t even made the first payment and it is a mess. No call back from manager.
