Hendrick Acura is a great service place!

I believe in Acura service because I need to. If you drive an Acura, the Acura dealership better be the place who can fix your Acura and stand behind it! We own 3 MDXs!!! They a personable group. I trust them. Aaron McLean is my go to guy. If I had one complaint, it would be that they have a long turnaround time. I understand why! There are a lot of Acuras on the road. The cars are dependable. I can get a loaner if my service is a big service(>4hours) If you plan accordingly and schedule your service accurately it’s easy peazy! Also, Betty Reynolds is really my inside connection when I can’t get Aaron right away;)

I had a state safety inspection done on Saturday morning. The service advisor, Cameron, is very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was very quick, only about 40 minutes. I am very happy with the service.

2023 Acura MDX A spec

Buying process was smooth and Bill & Ryan were always available to discuss any questions that came up. Second time buyer of a MDX and bought my last MDX from Bill - looks like a 5 year trend is developing! Great experience!
