This the second car I’ve purchased at this dealership. They are so professional!! None of what seems to be the obligatory three ring circus, Great product; great people. Danny my sales guy, was I think running late but stayed to complete sale with great service and good manners. I highly recommend this dealership !!! Ask for Danny Williams

My car purchase was due to a total loss of my car in an insurance settlement. Working with Jason alleviated all the stress that usually comes with buying a car. He is honest and patient with no sales man pressure tactics. A genuine person who really wanted to help me get a good car at a fair price. He sent a video of the pre-owned car I was interested in and pointed out minor flaws that could easily have been overlooked. (The car I purchased is virtually brand new, great selection of pre-owned.) Customer service was exceptional. Jason helped coordinate returning my rental and getting me back to the dealership. Laura worked with the dealership where I had purchased the totaled car to rewrite warranty and service packages so that I had to pay a very minimal amount out of pocket. I have done business with several Hendrick businesses, and Hendrick Acura of Charlotte is by far the BEST!! Thank you, Jason and Laura, for not only a stress free but also an enjoyable car buying experience.
