Long time, 20+ year customer at this dealership. Problem with the airbag system warning light went on in August-25. Told the part might not be available for 6 months & a loaner car was not an option. Mid Sept told the part would be available end of Sept. Part never came in and had to chase the customer service rep down around Oct 10'th to find this out. Next told part would be available end of October. Again no part and no follow up. Went direct to the service manager Nov 18 & told the part would be in end of November & if not a loaner would be made available.Today is November 26, we'll see what happens. This is very poor treatment for a long time, soon to be ex customer

service department does not wanted to see my car after i explain that my car is not charging any public charger but it works ONLY at my home. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL.

I am treated respectfully and my requests are handled expeditiously and eith care. I am happy with the service I receive. The only shortcoming is the pricing is pretty high compared to local repair shops.
