Best experience I have ever had buying a car. I live a ways away but James made it so easy to do over email and text messages. I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, within 40 minutes I was driving away in my new car. James was very knowledgeable with all the features of my car. He set up the systems as he was showing me how to do it. I would highly recommend Crest Acura and James for your next car purchase.

Owner/ Daughter comes first..!!

On 4/18/22 I called and inquired about a Acura RDX listed on their website. I was informed the suv was sold. ok no big deal happens all the time. about 10 minutes lateer I got an email from Yazmin than the customer who ordered it backed out. I also recieved a text from Brian who told me the same thing and if I wanted the suv to call him right away. I did and I told him my trade and he even took my trade VIN number. Four hours went by and I had not heard back from their sales department on my estimated payments. I text Brian as well as called him...no answer. He finally texted me back. He told me he was sorry but the owner requested the suv for his daughter if the original buyer backed out !! The sales department (except the manager) didn"t know!!!! I guess the owner and his daughter come first at this dealership not the customer who was in the process of making a deal in good faith. Their last response when I objected?? Well you didn't put down a deposit!!! I didn't even get the monthly payments yet...Hope the daughter enjoys the ride......
