Do Not Go To Acura of Valley Stream. I sent my Car in for a warranty Repair and they said that it would take several days to repair. They kept my car for two full weeks. They lent me a loaner car which I barely used and kept garages. when I returned it, they claimed that there was a very minor scratch on the headlight and that the tire rims were scuffed and demanded over two thousand dollars in repairs. They then made a claim against my car insurance company claiming that I caused damage to the car. Do Not Deal with them, You will be Aggravated!!

I bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" TL from this dealership over a year ago but it was only a title. They neither serviced nor qualified this car properly before selling it to me. After I bought it, I found numerous things that would have failed the certification process by any reputable dealer's service center. I called, e-mailed and even sent them a certified letter addressing my concerns and no one even acknowledged me. I had to turn to Acura corporate for help. Fortunately, they opened a case and after inspecting my car determined that it had not been properly certified. Long story short, the car needed approximately $900 to get it up to the standard set by Acura to be a CPO vehicle. Acura reimbursed me and made things right but Acura of Valley Stream were crooks. They knew I was right and ignored me hoping I'd go away. That was a mistake.
