Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. I reached out the dealer twice via email and to your amazing web services. Especially I was recommended from a friend of mine that purchase few cars from the dealer and the last one was the ZDX. Finalist I decided to call the dealer. And I got in touch with Mr. Artie Newruzian. Great. He told me today was his day off. But he took the call. This is the person that i was recommended. To my surprise he asked me. You know this a 70 thousand car? What are you looking to put down etc. etc. weird question coming from a sales person that one my business I can believe his attitude and annoyance behavior. Sorry. You dont know me at all. Finally I told him that i am looking to trade my Mazda 2023 with 25.000 miles. He last word was stop in dealer and see what we can do. Well i think with horrible call feedback. I will prefer to get another dealer that is willing to work with me Horrible horrible customer service.
