Just bought my 2020 BMW 430i from Acura of Denville on Route 10, and I’m still smiling about the whole experience! I walked in to test drive a BMW they had on their lot, Bernardo was super nice and helpful never expierenced a car salesman being so profressional, first time for everything i guess. Huge shout out to my salesperson Bernardo Amster super knowledgeable, zero pressure, and just a genuinely nice guy. Sales Manager Victor Jinotti (Great guy and gave me a great deal) made everything smooth and transparent, and F&I Manager Jose Gonzalez got me an awesome rate and explained every detail without rushing. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, patient, and truly went out of their way to make the process enjoyable. I’ve bought a few cars in my life and this was easily the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Bernardo, Victor, Jose, and the whole team at Acura of Denville you guys are fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend this place they treat you like family.
