After 11 days of being ghosted by a salesman named Evan, I finally reached a salesperson named Kendra Garcia. When I requested a transparent Out-The-Door (OTD) breakdown for the vehicle—which is listed on their website for $18,497—Kendra told me to "come to my senses" regarding my $22,000 cash budget. Think about that math: I offered $3,500 ABOVE the advertised price in cash, and was told I was being unrealistic. I escalated this to the Sales Manager, Tre Haliburton, who confirmed that they would not "accommodate" a $22,000 cash deal because of their hidden "dealer installed items" and "reconditioning" fees. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation. They lure you in with a low price online, then insult you when you refuse to pay thousands in junk fees. If you value transparency, integrity, or your time, stay far away from CardinaleWay Acura. They don't want your business; they want to hide their true prices behind unprofessional insults.
