The whole experience was great. Jordan Wright helped us out and found us a great low mileage car. The whole process was easy to navigate and they didn’t waste any time.

My experience with Acura was horrible !! Unfortunately, I needed a car ASAP and bought a car from what I thought was a reputable dealership, without looking enough at other dealerships. When I decided to buy the car, I thought I was going to be paying the cost that was listed online. I was told that cost was only if you financed the car. I was paying with cash. The car came with no car mats and only 1 set of keys. I talked to the manager about this, but he was not willing to provide either of these, even at a discounted rate, after I spent $22,700 for the car with extended warranty. The cost to get an extra key/fob is going to be $300. I would think with the amount of money that I spent, they could provide me an additional key at no cost. When I drove the car off the lot, it didn't even have a full tank of gas! The salesman, John B, was GREAT and even bought me car mats out of his own money !! They currently have no one that details their cars, so John spent his own time cleaning the car as best he could. I give John 5 stars - he really tried to make me happy with my purchase.
