I now believe ALL car dealerships are swindlers!
We still love the car....but....we were screwed over, lied to & once sale is final & you post you're happiness of sale on Facebook or etc they no longer give a xxxx. They messed up our sales tax in our paperwork like we had a trade in when we didn't making it shorted & guess who gets to pay for the mistake? We do, even after we brought it to their attention within a week of getting the car, but was reassured by someone in the Financing Department that it is their mistake & they would take care of it & make it right. Then another associate a couple weeks later tells us they will take care of it as well then comes back & says it's too late, they can't & that we will have to pay it. This is their mistake & they should have to pay it, why are we the ones being punished for their incompetency! So, if you buy a vehicle from here you had better make sure everything is as it should be or you will pay the price. We had planned on buying other vehicles through here & had even told family that are planning to buy in the next few months this was a great place, well we've since then changed our minds & have told family they may want to rethink it as well. If Frank Leta makes this right then we will continue to believe they are an outstanding company, if not, I am going to go to Google Facebook & etc & leave bad reviews & I also have plans of reporting to the BBB!

Great service till you walk out the door
Told one thing over the phone, loaded up daughter in stl July heat in car with broke ac just to be turned away. "Manager" did not resolve. Do yourself a favor and use another dealer, these guys don't honor what they say
