I am a first-time buyer and the dealership did not
I am a first-time buyer and the dealership did not disclose that Missouri sales tax was not included in the loan. I told the finance representative I did not understand the process, but the contract was rushed and not explained. When I returned for clarification, I was dismissed and told the General Manager was unavailable. I was also denied a written explanation of their refusal to help.
