I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. The staff was great. My salesman, Seth Vander Loop, was great to work with. Always responded to my emails, calls, and texts. He even followed up with me a week later to see how things were and if I had any questions or issues with my vehicle. Absolutely would recommend Seth Vander Loop and this dealership to anyone looking to look for a new/used vehicle.

My girlfriend and I were both interested in a Subaru at the beginning of July. At the time, they were offering a $35 visa gift card for test driving a Subaru. After test driving the cars on July 3rd, we asked our salesperson to redeem the offer. He told us to send him the e-mail and he would get the gift cards to us. A day had gone by and we had received nothing. On July 4th, I emailed him to ask about the status of the gift cards. I received no response. The next week, my girlfriend emailed him asking the same question. She received no response. On July 24th, I reached out to the dealership's customer care e-mail and asked about the gift cards. I received no response. I tried again on August 4th and have yet to receive a response.
Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with this dealership as they have not followed through with their promotion, and more importantly, have failed to respond to customer questions/requests.

I wanted to look at getting my first Subaru and was lucky enough to meet Boston Scott in sales. He had great patience with me and all of my questions. When he didn't know the answer we found it together. I was never pressured in the process. I told him I needed the weekend to think about it and he not only understood but he also sent me a hand written note thanking me for spending time with him! I bought my new Forester from Scott 2 days later!
Thank you Scott! I will send every person I know your way!
