I found a car that I loved at this dealership. Test drove it and decided I wanted to purchase the car. There was an issue with the financing so I was not able to make the purchase that same day, however, I still made a deposit on the car as way of "holding it". The salesman made a suggestion for me to try a local bank to apply for a car loan. I took his advice and decided to go to that bank however by that time I had been working and the bank hours do not align with my work schedule. I was ready to apply the next business day which was today, (only two days later) and I received an email today that the car was sold to someone else. I was very upset and disappointed that the salesman was too impatient wait to hear from the bank that he had initially recommended. Obviously his team must've pressured him to get that car sold so they didn't care that I've been inquiring about that car for over a week AND had already put a deposit down so nobody else would buy it. I'm very shocked with my experience but I guess I shouldn't be since I've heard bad things about dealerships.

There was a small miscommunication but they took care of it with a full of respect. Well serviced from the beginning to the final purchase.

I was interested in an MDX and was coming just about 80 miles away. I worked with Steven whom was such a pleasure to work with, not only did he keep me informed of the vehicles I was interested in but genuinely cared. Our buying experience was GREAT! Steven was caring, so knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't treat us like just another sale. He went over and beyond what I expected. I would recommend Acura of Peabody to all my family and friends and to especially work with Steven!
