Anthony is great with follow up.
Anthony is great with follow up. Very personable and a pleasure to work with. My problem lies with why my car ended up in the shop. I had three recalls done a few months back and added the timing belt. It was my understanding they took the whole engine apart to do everything that was needed. So here we are months and months later in the middle of a three day heat wave coming off the highway my car overheated. I get it to my house just 2 miles away. I popped the hood and don’t see anything but antifreeze spit on the top of the engine.. It took a while, but I finally got it towed to Acura. They had the car for two days and when I got a phone call to tell me the car was ready. I was asked if I had touched or loosen the radiator cap.. I’m not a mechanic so the only time I open the hood was occasions like stated above. So it was explained to me that the radiator cap was loose and popped off… Like, completely gone. Which explains why when I try to drive it the next day thinking i It was just a hot day and it overheated..that it happened a few miles down the road again… Not knowing at that point I didn’t have a radiator cap. So they flushed out the coolant and put a new cap on which was no cost to me because it was their negligence. Well, I missed a day of work and I’m a new employee so I didn’t get paid, and Inot their fault but it took six hours and two different tow companies to get the car to BOSTON. When I pick the car up Saturday, it was an hour to get there and almost an hour and a half to get home. I guess my point here is that due to their negligenc, I lost a days pay and my time and aggravation and finding out it was something they did. this could’ve been avoided If the mechanics checked at work. Oh well
