A long-time Acura owner & have been using your Service Dept for years. Tabitha, Sabrina, Taylor, Hector are all great. Very personable & always explain what service has been completed or what may need to be done. Always fair in charges. Because of your Service Department, I will always be an Acura owner. Keep up the great work.

My salesman was nice don’t get me wrong but, I have had
My salesman was nice don’t get me wrong but, I have had nothing but problems since I bought this car. Day 2 of owning it, the car started sputtering when I was on my way home and then died on me not even half a mile down the road. Would crank over but would not start. Not a huge deal, battery and alternator are fine. Day 3 or 4 of owning it, going interstate speeds and my driver side rear tire blew up on me! Was only going 72 and my tire blew up. Not a huge deal, got the tires replaced now my car overheats on me a week of owning the car, not the mention I have had a check rear park aid code on since I bought the car, now I get codes like “cross traffic system fault” “collision warn not available” Every single day there is a new problem and the dealership said it passed all inspection points multiple times. Clearly something is going on considering this car only has 79,000 miles. It’s insane but, I do not recommend. Just go to a different dealer.

Taylor was awesome. We dropped off our SUV with no issues, she kept us informed and had it ready when promised. I would highly recommend Hubler Acura Greenwood. I have always been pleased with the services we receive.
