Arlington Acura in Palatine

These people are not there for help they just for screw people. They’re the worst people.

Brought in my car for first checkup. I could go to Carmax but chose Steve Farmandi from Acura in Arlington Heights. I know Steve from Schaumburg Honda.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They advertise car online at attractive price, but when you go in person, the story changes. In my case, the car I was interested in was listed as available, and their internet sales team even kept trying to schedule me for a test drive. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was told the car was "in service" due to issues and not available to test drive. What made it worse is that even days later, the same car is still listed online as available, after it was confirmed with the internet sales team that it' s being serviced. It feels like a tactic just to get people in the door. On top of that, they wasted over 2 hours of my time without ever giving me a straight answer. I clearly explained what kind of deal I was looking for, but instead they came back with the complete opposite - adding unnecessary extras just to increase the price. The Sales Manager came across as dishonest, trying to play with numbers and assuming customers wouldn't notice. This dealership, specifically Sales Manager, is not transparent, plays games with pricing, and does not respect customer' time.
