Wish I could rate this terrible dealership zero stars as I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this them while looking for a Kia Telluride that they advertised at an enticing price. As soon as I showed interest, it became clear the price was likely more of a bait tactic than a real offer. Instead of answering straightforward questions, they tried to push me to come into the dealership. I explained that I preferred to handle initial discussions over the phone, and they insisted that a manager would call me back—and that call never came. This happened on countless occasions over the course of 3 days. The communication was evasive and unprofessional, and it gave the impression that the goal was simply to get me in the door for high-pressure sales tactics rather than provide honest information. If you value transparent pricing and basic follow-through, proceed with caution. My experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch setup and ultimately wasted my time. Also want to mention that their internet price includes every conceivable rebate, even those that cannot be stacked together. Just zero transparency and honesty when it comes to this business. Finally, I left a negative google review and the "owner" replied with thanking me for my honest feedback (no apology) and AGAIN made an unfulfilled promise that someone would reach out regarding my complaint to make things right. I'll let you guess whether someone did... NOPE. Just more of the same... If you are looking for unfulfilled promises, bait and switch practices, and everything that is wrong in the car business, this is the dealership for you!
