Fast/quality service - Give Johnny a raise
Johnny was extremely helpful and made sure appropriate/timely steps were taken for a parts request so I didn’t spend all day at the shop. Give that guy a raise.

Honest and Easygoing
Today my service rep was Sam. Usually I insist on Joe. But Sam was pleasant and professional. Though my parts were not in stock it was handled professionally.
