This was first experience with this Acura having just purchased a used Acura MDX. The experience was extremely positive. From the moment I called they expressed genuine concern and interest in resolving my issues. When I arrived at the dealership they were responsive, welcoming and helpful. Coming from owning a Ford this was such a departure from the experience I usually got at the Ford dealer.
