***SCAM ALERT*** This place is a huge scam. Bought a Honda that originated from this dealership and it was transferred to the New Port Richey location (equally as garbage as this location). The incompetent techs intentionally failed to tighten a bolt and knew that they did. It was evident on the report but they still transferred the car knowing it wasn't safe or properly closed back up. The Maus of New Port Richey location continued the scam by doing a "full inspection," on the vehicle but somehow "missed" a bolt that you could visibly see from leaning over the motor, that it had not been screwed all the way down. One could have easily caught this since oil was now leaking BUT Maus New Port Richey intentionally wiped away and cleaned the oil leak each time it was noticed instead of addressing their mistake. This was all thanks to waste of space Mary Boulahanis in service. She literally knows nothing about cars, why she's in service makes no sense. And don't let the finance department at this location try and scam you with their garbage Maus Care. Ed Welch, one of the biggest scammers at this location. He knows which vehicles have issues and will push you to get Maus Care when he knows there's something wrong with the car. It doesn't help that he has no real car knowledge about tuning or working on cars. Fast forward to the day after I bring the car home. I noticed an oil stain in my driveway and immediately took it to the closest oil change place where they discovered the bolt was not tightened and possibly cross-threaded. I called Maus New Port Richey where the vehicle was purchased from and they told me, "The work was done on it at the Maus Acura North Tampa so you have to take it there, we can't help you." This was the verbatim response from Mary "Doesn't know what's going on" Boulahanis. I should have known Maus Acura of North Tampa was trash the second I recognized Britton Mcghee from the garbage business that failed horribly at trying to take over the Southern Comfort Auto location. Britton is the genius who left the hood unlatched on my Ford Explorer and sent me on my way. Wasn't until I started to merge on the freeway when I noticed his failure. These are the "winners" Maus Acura of North Tampa choose to hire. Maus Acura of North Tampa is run by Ryan Vidal, who will pretend, like the best car salesman, that he's your friend and he's on your side. Don't be fooled by the car salesman xx. Ryan is not on your side and doesn't have your best interest. He has no pull and did absolutely nothing to help the situation, despite his wannabe perceived attitude that all his employees are scare of him and do what he says. Riiiiiight Ryan! What a joke. Maus Acura of North Tampa and New Port Richey are by far the worst and most fraudulent dealerships in the Tampa area. I will make it my goal to ensure every single person knows how shady and how Maus intentionally scams customers. @ Maus Acura North Tampa & New Port Richey - You can find this lengthy detailed review of your business on every single blog, comment section, review board, and pretty much anywhere that will allow me to copy/paste this. Just need to make sure everyone knows how you guys REALLY treat customers!

I hate dealing with car dealerships, but my experience at Maus Acura was PHENOMENAL! Loren Chateau made the experience exceptional. It was easy, painless and FAST! I was able to do most of the process from work so that when I got there the process was quick. Loren was super patient and helpful. James, from finance, was also fantastic and made the whole process easy to digest and fast. Cant wait to lease my next car here!

Guy at Maus Acura of North Tampa made it easy to buy a car! He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We moved to the Tampa area and needed to purchase a car and figure out which dealership we felt we could trust. After visiting quite a dealerships, we decided on Maus Acura because they treated us with great respect and made the process easy. I highly recommend them...and ask for Guy.
