Horrible service and communication. Bought a certified used vehicle that came along with warranties, came in to get work done to the Rims due to the cover I had. First time I was turned away because I was told they do not work on tires and rims - so I left and tried to find out more about the warranty we purchased. Second time I was turned away because they told me that they could do tires and rims but needed to wait for the part to be ordered and they did not have loaner cars (they never have any loaner cars available) - so I set an appointment a couple of days later to come back. Third time I was turned away after waiting 7 HOURS in the lobby to tell me they needed authorization to get it fixed. My appointment was at 9am…. At 4:15pm I called to asked the service staff how much longer I had to wait - only to find out that my initial request to replace/fix my rims was still not done. Not only that, service manager AJ, who I spoke with earlier today, did not bother telling me he left for the day. My blood is still boiling from the lack of communication and accountability from this staff.

There was a car at Proctor listed on cars.com. Spoke with Gene twice last week and again this morning to confirm the car was still available. He assured us that it was. Drove over 3 hours one way to find out the car was sold at auction LAST WEEK!!! If the car is gone, the car is gone. Not a big deal. But when you bald-faced lie to people just to get them in the door. The ethics are questionable. I can assure you, we will never darken their door again

I contacted the dealership about a used vehicle listed on cars.com and received a prompt reply that it was indeed on site. I setup an appointment, the vehicle was pulled up next to the building and was ready to test drive. The salesman was very courteous, applied no pressure for me to decide, and made phone calls to verify questions I had concerning the vehicle's options. The sales manager provided a quick trade-in value that matched my own research. The buying process took quite some time but that seems to be normal now. The vehicle I bought was gassed up and detailed during that time. Thank you Robert for outstanding sales service.
