Unprofessional Attitude from Manage Frank Diaz

General Manager, Frank Diaz, is kind of person who does not mind humiliating costumers. He boasts that he has no boss above of him, not even the owner. He got to the point of laughing at me and my wife by asking loudly to other employee in the middle of the waiting room: Is there any one above of me in the dealer? All employees present laughed and answered: no body, Frank. Then I told him that I will report such unprofessional behavior and incident to the corporate; he just mocked at me by stating: as I said, nobody above me, so, good look.
So if you are no satisfied with services rendered, you cannot complaint. “You take or leave it, he states.
I, my family and friend will take our business to a serious dealer with real and professional staff.
Such attitude should not be tolerated in a person representing the biggest automaker of the world.

I brought in my 2011 CC for problems with my A/C and, unbeknownst to me, a leak. In just minutes, I had dropped off the car and left in a loaner. In even less time, I dropped of the loaner and left in my car. As always, Bismarck Guerrero went above and beyond. He and the entire team are a pleasure to work with. The facilities are spotless, the coffee hot and donuts fresh. I recommend Esserman service to all of my VW driving friends.

we went to your dealer with the idea of leasing a car the service attention was amazing the were able to answer or our questions and at the end of the transaction we left leasing 2 cars instead of 1. I will definitely recommend your service at any time
