Regal Automotive Group

We have been loyal customers of Regal and we have been pleased with their service. My only complaint is the service we received from Jerome. He gave us misleading information about the model we were interested in and didn't explain the difference between all models/trims. I wish he would have shown me the basic model first and the trim we were interested in, even if it was another color. Instead, he showed us the most expensive trim and told us the difference was that the lower trim didn't include two things the higher trim has. When we finally got the car in the trim we wanted (middle trim), I noticed a lot of things that were different from the higher trim. The biggest difference for me was the seats, and that was one of the most important things for me. After I bought the car I did more research and found that the basic trim had all the features we needed, so that would have worked for us, but Jerome dismissed the basic model completely and didn't show it to us. I think he needs to learn to explain the details better and to ask us more questions about our needs, instead of trying to rush the transaction to sell us a car. It shouldn't be about the sale, it should be about the customer service, which will result in a sale.
