Excellent Service Experience
The entire process of having my car serviced was great from start to finish! I loved being assisted via chat online. The intake personnel at the dealership were especially welcoming. The process of being able to text as needed with an onsite representative while I sat in the customer waiting area was especially thoughtful and eliminated the anxiety I normally feel in similar situations. Shelby Barrows was wonderful to work with and offered just the right amount of attention and care!
