I bought a used ACURA I found on this site and flew from Minnesota to Florida to drive back home. The numbers changed when I showed up vs what they emailed the costs would be, they couldn’t explain the breakdown of fees, and after getting 100 miles into Georgia the AC broke. I called the used car manager from Georgia and asked if they would reimburse it being fixed from an Acura dealer in Georgia and he accused me of lying about it and said drive it back to the dealership to take a look. His tone was nasty and went from a slick talking sales guy to an accusatory and angry tough guy. Given who ever owns this dealership has entrusted it to such weak management, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Should have listened to my husband but I was to distracted in getting a family car. they care so much about money and didnt a hear a word I said i told them I have a small car and needed a family car I was being convince to buy another small car for 3 times the amount I pay now monthly for my small car and trade it a year later for a family car after I told them I was concerned about my kids safety. the finance guy (camilo) is a liar he will lie just to get you to buy a car for a price that the car is not even worth always read and don’t go by his words he lied about the car mileage, price and how long was the contract for . Buying from them worse mistakes I made . Sold me a car that service is due and full of what looks like dogs hair. I will never go back to this dealership or let anyone I know go there

I found the vehicle I was looking for via cars.com and sent an email to the dealership for additional information. I was received a prompt response from Ryan. He was very helpful and not pushy. I was able to negotiate the price I was looking for via email and make arrangements to travel down from where I live in Jacksonville to complete the deal. Ryan was very courteous and helped close the deal quickly so I could make my return journey home as soon as possible. I would definitely do business with Acura of Pembroke in the future.
