Always a great experience with the service department. I visited the sales floor today. The Salesman, Hugh, was very helpful. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase.

Service was done on time and on schedule.
Service was done on time and on schedule. Friendly and knowledgeable service leaders. Disappointed that I couldn't figure out pricing ahead of time. They have service specials but they make the rules so they are hard to use when you are doing comprehensive PM. Maintenance minder said one service and they added another. It was a surprise. I felt They were honest about everything but the pricing model is terrible and the surprise service I needed was a surprise.
