Excellent Service

My Honda Pilot was stalling, bucking, and all my emergency lights were on. I called Price Honda and they look me within 48 hours. Nicole took care of me extremely well, professional, informative, and easy to communicate my problem. The problem turned out to be faulty work from my dealer in NJ. The fixed the problem and my car is running smooth. I had a great experience and recommend their service department.

Bradford at Price Honda great customer service

Overall this was a fantastic experience..I had thought that great customer service just didn't exist anymore..but Bradford C. Hall gave me faith again that it does still exist..He was quick..but yet explained everything. It did take a while but have things done right I am not disappointed at all..Bradford has ethics and showed in our experience..Thank you Price Honda and most of all Bradford for making this a smooth experience..

I drove an hour to the store from home yesterday 03/16/20 with my approval letter of auto loan from Bank of America, i choose the car and I presented my letter to the dealer. They did not accept my approval letter becasue they were trying to give me their own auto loan, I repeated 3 times I want to use my BOA auto loan and they told me my loan was declined (BOA confirm the loan is still ok), thye showed me a kind of fake paper where its said declined. I asked them to show me the rates and interest, but they said they can not show me that until I.m approved by them and the approval is after I signed for the car. Also they requested me for money down but I insist to use my BOA loan. Manager was so nasty, becasue he did not let me to talk, he just asked me to sign their papers and put money down. At the end they wanted to charge me 3000 extra dollars witht he "new" deal. I just left the office very angry and disappointed. I made a formal claim to BOA becasue they work with them, but this dealer do not want the money from the bank, they want their own business and they do not care if you pay more or not.
