The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!

Dealing with them over phone and email was hard

I'm a serious buyer and reached out to them about a specific vehicle they showed in their inventory online. I had two different experiences with two different sales personnel and neither of them made it easy for me. One wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell them multiple times and then other reached out with a price early which was nice (further than I could get with the other) but wouldn't engage further than that. Had a take it or leave it attitude rather than try to work with me and help me buy the car I wanted at a price I could live with. He was better than the other one who refused to text and kept saying "just come see me I'll take care of you" and yet I kept wanting to be "taken care of" with a simple price quote and I'd make a payment that day over the phone. I'm long distance and I'm not going to come see him. Tried to tell him all of that and all he wanted was for me to fill out all of the paperwork before he would even quote a price and/or not listen and try to talk me into another car other than the one I wanted. SO frustrating being ready to buy with cash in hand and they had the car I wanted and yet they couldn't make it happen. Not a way to earn my business.

friendly sales person. nice clean car but the Nav didn't work so I couldn't buy the car. I would go back.
