We paid a fortune to get a car warranty and when I finally needed something done because two warning lights were on, I scheduled an appointment with their service department. We thought we had to go to them because that's where we bought the car. Paul checked us in on a Thursday and promised to let us know how much time they would need and what the cost would be. By Friday, we still had no information. We felt deceived, as they gave no importance to my car or me. The focus was trying to sell us things we didn't feel we needed, such as tires. They kept my car almost a week and we still had a warning light! I would never go back to them! STAY AWAY!

Call multiple times no response just leave a message but they don't care and never call back it happened twice with me service department sucks .nice only when you buy a car that is it
