🇺🇸 ENGLISH VERSION READ UNTIL THE END: I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, AND BEFORE PURCHASING OR SIGNING ANY DOCUMENTS, I ASKED VERBALLY ABOUT THEIR RETURN POLICY BY SAYING “DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?” BUT “RAJ” TOLD ME “NO, WE CAN’T DO THAT.” I SAID OKAY. LATER, I REALIZED I COULD BUY AN UNUSED VEHICLE FOR THE SAME PRICE, SO I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP BACK THE SAME DAY AND REQUESTED A RETURN. THEY SAID “WE CAN’T DO THAT.” AFTER THAT, I REVIEWED THE CONTRACT AND SAW THAT I HAD SIGNED THE PART THAT SAYS “I DO NOT WANT TO RETURN.” THEY DID THIS TO ME ON PURPOSE. I ASKED THEM FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY SAID, “YOU SIGNED IT.” YES, I SIGNED IT, BUT YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY LACK OF ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE ME SIGN IT. IF SOMEONE USES THIS METHOD ON A PERSON WHO DOESN’T SPEAK ENGLISH, THEY MUST BE USING ANOTHER METHOD ON SOMEONE WHO DOES. UPDATE: After writing my first review, I was promptly contacted by a member of the customer service team. They provided me with a name and number to discuss my experience with the salesman, Raj, and explore possible solutions. I was connected with Kao, the manager, who was incredibly understanding and helpful over the phone. He sincerely apologized for the situation, emphasized their commitment to excellent customer service, and assured me they would address the matter internally. True to his word, I noticed a positive change in Raj’s attitude when I returned to pick up the car. Kao then generously offered to renegotiate the deal for the car I was interested in, and he gave me a fantastic offer! The next day, I came in to complete the paperwork, where I had the pleasure of working with Haig. He is truly a role model for car salesmen—an engaging conversationalist and a genuine car enthusiast. We had a great time talking about cars and motorsports for an extra 45 minutes! After Haig assisted us, we finalized the deal with Kao, who, to my surprise, is also a motorsports fan. Overall, if it weren’t for Kao and Haig, I don’t think I would have returned to this dealership, but thanks to their outstanding service, they completely changed my experience for the better. Huge thanks to both of them for going above and beyond!
