Elk Grove Acura

We bought a car this weekend and honestly felt taken care of from the very first moment!!! Marissa helped us, and even though this is already our seventh car purchase, we’ve never felt this level of attention before. When we first showed interest online in a specific car, Marissa sent us a personalized video the same day. She introduced herself, showed the exact vehicle inside and out, and gave a quick overview. That meant a lot, because it’s so helpful to see the actual car and color before even driving to the dealership. It was a really nice touch and made the decision process much easier! We ended up going to the dealership that same day, and Marissa welcomed us warmly. The whole process was smooth and within the next three hours, the car was mine. She was friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to. The experience just felt comfortable and positive from start to finish. You can tell she has strong experience and truly understands what customers need. We would absolutely recommend Marissa to anyone looking to buy a car!!!

1 star is 1 more than Elk Grove Acura deserves. The Elk service department is quite lacking in customer service and the basic knowledge of Acura vehicles to make sufficient repairs. The work orders place false information as to the work completed. The service manager is a complete mess, refusing to do warranty work and recommending customers contact American Honda directly for help. I brought my vehicle in for warranty repairs and they barely touched the vehicle in the nearly 2 weeks they had the vehicle in the shop. I went to pick up the vehicle and the work order stated my vehicle was observed overnight. Come to find out, there is no one on site to perform this task. The service manager, Jeff M, asked who told me this was done. Sadly the work order/receipt is where I found the information. It makes me doubt anything was ever done that is printed on the final work order. One repair has already failed and the same problem has reappeared within a few weeks of getting my vehicle returned. Another example of the Elk Grove Acura Service dept failure is the suggestion by a service advisor Will, to shut off the brake function of the collision avoidance system, instead of attempting to repair the brakes locking up when the sensors see a ghost, when all there thhat is there is a light rain.​ Be wary if Elk Grove Acura is charging for repairs and not warranty work covered by American Honda. Hard to believe the customer service is so subpar at Elk Grove Acura. If you are looking to receive adequate service, this is not the place to go. This dealership is a total scam. Advertise a low price and then when the proposal comes back a different price (full MSRP) and a bunch of adding. Don’t bother with them
